People Asset Management

What is People Asset Management? For everybody a little bit of something else, but the goal is the same.
Manage relationships between Human Resource and Process Outsourcing, Employee Outsourcing and Team Outsourcing...

People Asset Management is an effective approach to human resources. It's a new look in old process:
  1. Project managers are waiting for new team members or for other members is not work.
  2. Freelancers are looking for work, if not working on the project.
  3. Companies are missing new employees or there is not work for specific time interval.
  4. Human Resources is constantly faced with questions: When do I get requested team member? Do you have work for a team member for 2 months?
The same questions, the same people, same resources, and often the same companies. Only the requirements and limitations are still severe.
It's time to push the boundaries of the corporate walls and corporate know-how.
Here are new questions:
  1. How to trust other companies, often to our competitors?
  2. How to reduce paperwork to the process itself so that it did not work more than 20% of the working day?
  3. How manage virtual teams?
  4. And can I manage or hire a company?
The economic crisis has lasted over 4 years. Companies (that did not fail)  learned how to survive. Now, should learn how to prosper when "pantry is almost empty."

  1. Various aspects of asset management is mentioned above. In financial accounting field earlier companies keep big team to manage cash and their assets. Proper asset management process should be used to get the desired output.
